Although we already had an idea of what image and genre music video me and my group were going to create and decided to follow a similar image to 'The Saturdays' we needed to get some teacher feedback on our ideas and see where improvements could be made.
The feedback we had included:
1) To look into a few more similar artists and their music videos, such as; The Spice Girls because in a their music videos they betray the message of 'Girl Power' and show how girls are equal to men. Me and my group wanted to bring across a similar message in our music video.
Other artists we found similar to the message and image we wanted to bring across which our teacher suggested we looked at in more detail in videos produced by Girls Aloud and The Sugarbabes.
2) Not focusing so much on location and resources and making sure we concentrated on;
- mise en scene
- editing
- Camera angles/movement/shot
